Data Engineer - Analyst II

Location :Hybrid/Client Site/StratLytics Office/Home

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team of passionate professionals in building end-to-end data pipelines for data science applications. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience as a data engineer designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and architecture, and working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.


Responsibilities


  • Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines in Azure/AWS for data science applications.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, architecture, and data sets supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins, ML flow, or Air flow.
  • Use Python, Spark, and Git to develop data pipelines and processing.
  • Understand APIs, caching, and messaging for effective data engineering.
  • Continuously pioneer the adoption and industrialization of emerging data technologies.
  • Embrace fungibility and flexibility in different roles as per project demand.
  • Embrace feedback and constantly seek to learn new skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or economics.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, and Git.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins, ML flow, or Air flow.
  • Working knowledge of Azure/AWS, data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
  • Passion for growing skills and tackling challenging problems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Data Scientist - Risk Modeling Analyst II

Location :Gurgaon/StratLytics Office/Home

Join our team of talented professionals as a Data Scientist - Risk Modeling. We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with 2-3 years of experience to help us develop and implement risk models. As a Data Scientist, you will utilize your knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and work on exciting projects related to origination scorecard, behavior scorecard, collection analytics, and IFRS9 modeling. Proficiency in Python/SAS and logistic regression is mandatory.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement risk models using statistical and machine learning techniques such as logistic regression, XGB,, RandomForest, SVM, Survival Analysis
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights that support risk management decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams of the client to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data science and related fields.
  • Ensure models and analyses comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in data science, risk modeling, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, with hands-on experience in logistic regression.
  • Proficiency in Python or SAS.
  • Experience with origination scorecard, behavior scorecard, collection analytics
  • IFRS9 modeling is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently at the client site and as part of a team.
